Paint thinner costs about $11 per gallon and It’s pretty toxic. This hack will save time, money and limit the need for multiple brush cleans between coats.
When you’re done painting for the day, take your paint brush, that you were using for the oil based paint, put it into a ziplock baggy and put it into a freezer. When you’re ready to use it again, remove the baggie and brush from the freezer, wait about 10 minutes and you’re ready to go again!
